Shipping FAQ

Shipping Information

Gallery House ships worldwide with care and experience.

For shipments within North America, we offer a straightforward flat-rate fee on most artworks. For destinations outside North America, we are pleased to provide a custom shipping quote. Our team will always seek the most efficient and economical delivery method suited to the artwork’s size, value, and location.

Most works can be shipped internationally, and larger framed pieces are typically glazed with plexiglass for added safety. On occasion, we may recommend removing an artwork from its frame prior to shipment to ensure safe and cost-effective transport.

Gallery House regularly exports works to collectors around the world. Original artworks are generally exempt from import duties when entering the United States. Certain shipments valued above standard thresholds may be subject to minor import or brokerage fees as determined by the carrier or customs authority. Any such fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our goal is to make every delivery seamless, secure, and handled with the utmost care.

Packaging & Insurance

Every artwork purchased through Gallery House is carefully prepared for shipment by experienced art handlers. Works are packed using professional-grade materials to ensure protection during transit, including reinforced boxes, archival wrapping, and custom crating where required.

All shipments are insured from the time they leave the gallery until they arrive safely at their destination. In the rare event of damage or delay, our team will assist in managing claims or replacements promptly and professionally.
